This informative, guided tour is exclusively available to those enrolled in a You Birth Antenatal Class and takes place directly after your session from 4:00 to 5:00 PM.
During the tour, you’ll:

Join our relaxed and informative Tuesday evening class (6–9pm), designed to give you everything you need to know about planned caesarean birth—without judgment.
We cover what to expect before, during and after your caesarean, along with essential postnatal education to help you feel confident, prepared and supported as you head into birth and beyond.
