Our class covers everything you need to know for a positive birth experience and postnatal recovery. We provide expert guidance on childbirth, pain relief options, stages of labour, breathing techniques, infant care, and postpartum recovery. You'll also have a chance to ask questions and connect with others in a similar stage of pregnancy.

2. What are the class formats, and how long do they run?

Full One-Day Class: A single, full-day session on Sunday at Newcastle Private Hospital .

Both formats cover the same content, allowing you to choose what fits your schedule best.

4. How much does the class cost?

The class costs $490. This includes all the course content, light refreshments, and nibbles throughout the session.

5. Are there any rebates available from private health insurers?

Yes depending on your insurance coverage. 

6. Will there be food and drinks provided during the class?

Yes! We provide light refreshments and nibbles during the class to keep you energized and comfortable throughout the session.

7. What should I bring to the class?

You may want to bring a water bottle, and any personal items that will help you feel comfortable.

8. Is the class suitable for first-time parents?

Absolutely! Our classes are designed for both first-time and experienced parents. We cover all aspects of birth and postnatal recovery, ensuring that everyone leaves feeling prepared and confident.

9. Can I bring a support person to the class?

Yes, we encourage you to bring your partner or another support person. It’s important for both parents to be informed and prepared for the journey ahead. 

10. How do I book a spot in the class?

You can book your spot directly through our website or by contacting us for further assistance. Spaces are limited, so we recommend securing your spot early.

11. I am having an elective cesarean, is this class a suitable option for me? 

Yes absolutely, we cover pregnancy, elective cesarean and what to expect and the postpartum period.
